I think Kanye West (Ye) is mentally ill and being exploited. Recently he's become observably unhinged (like wearing a full head hood during an interview) and that exposes the Trump Republican party's overall strategy. A lot of the recent mass shootings have also been driven by mentally sick people who have been militarized by the GOP.
